How It Works

Step 1

Free Discovery Call

This discovery call allows us to learn more about your accounting and bookkeeping needs and determine the right plan for you. You can schedule the discovery call using the “schedule a call” button on our home page. The discovery call is optional. You can always purchase a subscription on our website and we will send you onboarding information.

Step 2

Choosing a Plan and Payment Method

After you choose a plan, we will work with you to determine the best payment method. Some clients prefer to purchase a plan directly from our website, but that isn’t a requirement. We can also send you a monthly invoice through QuickBooks, where you can pay with most major credit and debit cards and bank transfer. We also accept checks.

Step 3

Meet Your Team

Once you’ve decided to enlist the services of Aced Accounting, we’ll send you the contact information of your dedicated account manager. This colleague serves as the point-of-contact for all questions! Since we’re a small firm, your dedicated account manager may also be your accountant or bookkeeper. You can contact us via email or over the phone.

We have a standard process that makes onboarding a breeze. Our team will help sign up for Hubdoc (included in your subscription), to streamline document management and allow us to retrieve your bank statements automatically. We will also clean up your books during onboarding and review your current chart of accounts.

Do you have insurance?
Yes, we have an error and omissions policy that protects our firm and you as a client.
Where are you located?
We are a 100% virtual bookkeeping and accounting firm. While we are a registered limited liability company in Iowa, we have staff members located in various states. However, we can always accommodate you, no matter where you are in the United States.
